Herman has to fire the temp he hired.

Jay volunteers Herman to find a date for a lonely Mr. Bracken.

When Mr. Waterman dies Mr. Crawford and Mr. Harris vie for control of the company.

Jay steals Herman's date and leaves his date with Herman.

Herman has to choose between two women.

Mr Bracken takes over his brother-in-law's hotel. Jay signs himself and Herman to compete against each other on a game show.

Herman moves in with Elizabeth.

Herman agrees to go on a cruise to get over Elizabeth, but she's on the same cruise. Louise announces that she will loose her virginity to former Monkees member Davy Jones.

Herman has to give a speech at the writer's conference, but has a bad case of stage fight.

While dropping people off on his way home for Christmas Herman's car is stolen with Mr Bracken in it. Heddy and Herman spend Christmas with Louise and her family.

Herman fixes Louise up with a guy from work, then find out he's married.

Herman and Heddy work all night on an article for Mr Crawford. Louise asks Jay why he's never hit on her.

New exec Mr Decker is making everyone miserable so Louise and Heddy sneak into his office, copy and delete the speech Herman wrote for Mr Decker to give the next day. Louise loses the disk.

Louise sets Herman up on a blind date with one of her friends.

Everyone ends up a Herman's place for Valentines. Feeling uncomfortable he heads into work where he meets someone new.

When Herman's uncle has to have surgery, Herman is asked him to pray. Wimp, Genius, Angel and Animal meet God.

The woman that broke Jay's heart is back in his life. Herman is jealous of the time Jay is spending with her.

After losing his job Herman's father comes to visit. Herman learns his parents have separated.

Heddy lights fire to Herman's work and gets fired.

Herman's brother tries to get him to take a job at his company in Ohio. Herman trips down memory lane.

Herman cheats on Margie with Lita Ford. Then finds out how it feels to be cheated on.

Jay talks Herman into going to a single parents meeting. Herman meets a wonderful woman, but bonds with the son more than her.
