GLOW - Season 1 (2017)

The ladies move into a hotel as part of their training, and Ruth and Sheila are assigned as roommates. Carmen is confronted by her father and brothers, who urge her not to follow in their footsteps as a wrestler.

Sam and Bash strike a deal with a local TV station and a sponsor. Meanwhile, as Debbie struggles to understand wrestling, Carmen brings her and Melrose to a local wrestling show, where Debbie discovers its similarities to soap operas.

To fully develop her Zoya the Destroya gimmick, Ruth goes with the motel's manager to a Russian Jewish family party.

GLOW hosts its first live show at the gym, but things go out of hand when Carmen suffers from stage fright and the booked tag team match between Cherry and Tammé and Dawn and Stacy is given an unexpected twist.

The ladies celebrate Sheila's birthday by treating her to a party at a roller disco. Meanwhile, Ruth finds out she is pregnant and secretly undergoes an abortion.

As Bash has been financially cut off by his mother, the ladies attempt to raise money for a new venue by hosting a car wash at the motel.

On the day of the big taping, Sam attends to unfinished personal business, while Ruth scrambles to make last-minute changes to the lineup.
