Gatumat & Gourmet - Season 1 (2020)

Pierre explores Malmö's scene for stuffed little bundles of dough and visits the Cantonese kitchen at LU for crispy Wo Tip dumplings, munching steaming hot dim sum at Malmö's own dumpling house Dubbel Dubbel and makes a visit at the award-winning Japanese kitchen at Saiko for crispy wontons.

Pierre gets a surprise when visiting Saiko and continues his journey through Malmö with sushi as his guiding star. There will be a fuel stop at award-winning chef Pepi's restaurant Sushi Rebellion for a tasting of the upcoming menu, magical smoky serving at Zushi and an omakase experience over the counter at Sushibaren.

Pierre breaks the myth of pizza as a filling food in Malmö and visits Dal Sud for Neapolitan crafts in the form of a Buffalina, tries an "El Pierro" with the pizza queen Sandra at Mastio and ends the day in the best way with two New York-style pizza slices at Opopoppa.

Pierre gets a sweet tooth in Malmö and goes for a sampling tray with ice cream at Köld consisting of unexpected combinations, heads by Dolce Sicilia for an Italian tricolore with classic flavors and says hello at Mat and Chokladstudion for a true taste explosion in the form of an ice cream, served in a croissant as a cone.

Let's have a beef. It's time for Pierre to enjoy one of his favorite dishes - the non-traditional steak tartare, in Malmö. There will be a visit to the favorite Lokal 17, whose dish gave Pierre the nickname "the steak tartare guy", a dear revisit to Mutantur for the hand-cut signature dish on ox and a variation with horseradish served in a marrow bone at the two-star Michelin restaurant Vollmers.
