Gate - Season 1 (2015)

Tuka and the other refugees get used to their new lives among the Japanese soldiers. Imperial Princess Pina decides to investigate the JSDF.

The royal city of Italica is under siege, so Pina enters a reluctant alliance with the JSDF to protect her people.

A helicopter unit arrives assist the JSDF, with success. But in the aftermath of the battle, Itami is captured.

The Princess gets Itami released, and he offers her a protected visit to Japan.

Itami and his guests arrive in Tokyo. But they must deal with a political hearing and later being trailed by unknown agents.

Itami takes the group to a resort in the Hakone Mountains, but a battle takes place there.

The US Black Ops team arrives at the Inn, along with the Chinese and Russian Black Ops teams, leading to a three-way firefight which Rory soon joins, ending with everyone besides Rory dead.

The Alnus refugee camp develops into a town, attracting more people and becoming a trading center for goods from Earth. An elf comes seeking help from the JSDF to stop a dragon.

The JSDF declines to help Yao because of the tense political situation, but Itami is unsure what he should do.
