Sung in a funky pop style, this little ditty is about Penny, a small, urban city girl being bullied by a group of street tough female classmates. When Penny reaches the end of her rope she uses her newly gained Tai Kwan Do moves to retrieve her stolen lunchbox from the female toughie. But when Penny opens the lunchbox she realizes that it isn't her lunch at all. Had Penny become the bully?
