Several years have taken place since we last saw Kenny Powers make the comeback that he's been waiting for, only to throw it all away for the woman he loves. Now working a boring, mundane job at a rental car facility and having given up completely on the party scene, Kenny has become a shell of his former self. That is until he runs into a former teammate - Guy Young, who is now the host of a popular sports talk program. Guy gives Kenny a taste of the A list he so desires, and he wants it bad. Since his career as a professional baseball pitcher has long past, Kenny begins to seek new fame as a professional sports commentator. His path to this comes from former teammate Guy Young, who invites Kenny to be a guest on his talk show. The first attempt fails miserably as he's nearly laughed off the stage. Kenny knows there's only one person who can help him - Steve, who he reunites with, and Steve helps Kenny take down the trash talkers on Guy's program, but is that enough?

Kenny treats his family and friends to an overnight trip to the local waterpark. A day of good clean fun gives way to an evening of debauchery.
