The bulkheads Fanny and Jens begin their education at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and together with their incompetent supervisor Mimmi, they are already creating a diplomatic crisis with China on the first day.

The incompetent diplomats Fanny, Mimmi and Jens are forced to deal with a potential scandal with the UK's embassy - but risk an even bigger scandal just by trying.

A Russian battleship is provoking Swedish territory, and the country must ensure that it is not repeated. Unfortunately the Foreign Ministry's three worst employees Fanny, Jens and Mimmi have other priorities, and they risk a scandal.
