10 has-been celebraties go on a reality TV show ("The Last Reality Show") to compete for the ultimate prize: their own show. They party well into the night on their way to the secluded location of the shoot. All the while a new virus is spreading across the globe turning people into mindless zombies and one of the contestants has already been infected.

With one contestant dead and two turned zombie, the group decides to escape the cabin. Simon and Eva goes to get Micke's pickup and Abbe gives a lecture about the undead.
