Jef gets punished for being too lazy at work and is not allowed to join his colleagues on a gardening tour in France. In order to convince his boss he could use the time off, he fakes Jeanne has Alzheimer's.

Mimi has won a lottery. Victor immediately sees a chance to become a successful investor. Meanwhile, another of Lukas' macho dating stories leads Ines and Martha to make him believe he got someone pregnant.

Jef is good-humored, but suddenly turns very cranky when he hears he is added to the green department's trimming team. Ines' latest boyfriend, a psychology student, believes Jef has a serious mental problem.

Jeanne gets inspired to look up old classmates through the Internet. When she spots one of them posing in a cleaning outfit, she wants to rub her success in the woman's face by hiring her as a cleaning lady.

Former student Filip has written a biographical novel about his time at Jeanne's. She reacts very proud, but changes her mind after learning she has been portrayed as a nymphomaniac that was his sexual mentor.

The fishing pond is for sale and Jef and his buddy Kurt want to buy it. Since Jeanne would not agree to spend money on such cause, Jef makes her believe Kurt wants to borrow the amount so he can leave his abusive wife.

At his wits end for another excuse to get out of grueling pruning duty, Jef implores Lucas's help. He calls in master manipulator Arthur, a womanizing med student, who proves being worth a heft price by tricking the girls. Having staged a motorbike accident concussion for Jef, who spends the rehab fishing, Arthur is denied his agreed half of payment on delivery and vows double revenge. The demo, which got Jeanne and Victor to believe his WO II vet grandfather had been hiding out in the house and must have hidden a diary, is turned into gold-digger greed by pretending ...

Having lost another batch of rare plants to frost, Jef wants a greenhouse and has his eye on a cheap second-hand one, but Jeanne refuses to dig into their savings, so Gijs, whose in-laws chipped in, advises settling the feud with his mother-in-law and volunteers to do chores together, but concluding she's a diabolical dragon, recommends an exorcist, whose ritual is disturbed 'dangerously'. Lukas is not amused when the girls blindly suspect the womanizer after finding a webcam in Ines's room, but helps them find out the wire is connected to Victor's computer, but for him disrobing girls are barely a bonus, the focus is the suspicion of drugs he even convinced Jeanne of. Jef planned a lucrative sale of 'surplus' bulbs he stole from the city greens, but drugs-scared Victor mess up the picking-up by Bjorn and even call the police.
