Victor bought a man purse, believing it fashionable, until Saskia explains it's ridiculous, so he sells it to gullible Odilon with a profit. After she buys it, Arnold helps 'setting that straight' by pretending the manufacturer offers free pant trips in Hong Kong to owners whose purse has a number inside. Jeanne is jealous of Mimi's husband's cool leather motor-biker outfit and demands Jef takes cycling lessons. He pretends to as a billiards excuse, asking mate Piet to play him on a motorcycle, but Jeanne demands a spin.

Hearing Mimi's husband gave up his hobby and promised to spend time with her, Jeanne wants the same from Jef, who replies he'll only consider it at a height. So she plots with Saskia to make him win the billiards tournament, assuming all that takes is for Odilon to loose. Alas that's only the qualification for the final against the daunting, undefeated reigning champion, so the plotters lure him in for a handyman job to get him drunk. Meanwhile the students get into a row over stolen pep pills and an allegedly vicious supplier.

Drunk as a skunk, Jill brings home a female friend's bag, including a positive pregnancy test, which Jeanne finds. Both jumping to absurd conclusions, she lets Saskia convince her it must be Jef's baby. Now pruning Jef is a week earlier then expected, Jef is desperate for an excuse and promises a reward to Arnold, who simply tells Jef's greens foreman Gilbert he has lovechild problems.

After Victore's room was vandalized by his house-mates' party animal festival guests, he seeks revenge by convincing Jeanne that the mayor seeks a short-term host for orphan Jimmy, actually his Catholic high-school cousin Lodewijk, who overplays it. Jef refuses to accompany Oldilon to a bird show with his inmate's red parakeet, but when it wins 1000 Euros and now fertilizes pricey eggs, Jef and Arnold hope to cash in by breeding with it.

Arnold reluctantly helps Jef, who promised Albert a pro-class Congolese goalie for an amateur football match and gets caught in hasty lies. Jeannes is determined to pose for the new student landlady statue after the old one is vandalized. gay sculptor Hilaire wants her, but the mayor cancels the project and orders fixing the old one, so the girls resort to vandalism, or faking that, hell-bent on permission to host a party.

Jef and Arnold insist on noisily cheering the national team by the TV in the empty attic during exams, but Victor desperately wants to study on, so he convinces Jeanne to welcome his nerd mate André, whom he lures by promising his top-notch notes, as attic tenant. When Jef crosses that plan and convincing Jeanne she must mind her hypochondriac mother, Victor inspires her to take the busybody in. Saskia desperately tries to prove to Jill she to can have an adoring lover, but ornithologist Fritz is hard to lure with fake pictures and collateral damage when Jef plays an ...

Jef blames Odilon's fish bait for losing the national angling competition selection to new jail colleague Marleen. Out of cash, Victor and Arnold mount a scams to convince Odilon he must hand over his bait recipe, after other scams fail to save 'kidnapped' Jef. Jeanne becomes the guinea-pig victim of petty 'beautician' rivalry between the girls and is absurdly made jealous of Marleen.

A prisoner's fiendish brother Vincent seeks to free him by sucking up to jailer Odilon, to get the keys, and scamming Jef out of 500 Euros by promising sevenfold win on a fixed horse race in Birmingham. In the process, Jeanne thinks he has a gay affair with Odilon, while Jan finds out the gambling scam. Bluntly dumped at first sight even by fellow nerd Helen, Victor resolves to improve his unattractive physique by 'borrowing' Jill's electric muscle stimulator, but is subjected to cruel revenge.

A dumb dare sufficed to get Victor to join his party animal house-mates, only to return drunk as a skunk and Arnold's ideal substitute suspect for Jef's missing motorbike when Jeanne appeals to a police detective who served in the conscripted army with Jef. The malingerer in in trouble when his lazy rival for the seated lawnmower gets him ordered to report to hospital to have his 'inability to work on his feet' checked out, so he hopes to loose weight before, but Jeanne read the letter and won't allow any exertion.
