Ten years after Batman has retired Gotham City has lost it's way. Suffering in lawlessness and despair the city desperately needs it's hero. The Dark Knight joined by his female Robin Carrie Kelly return to turn the city around. They battle the mutant gangs that have taken over the city including a final battle against Two-Face and the Joker. Unfortunately, Batman finds himself on the opposite side of the law when Superman comes to instill marshal law in Gotham City. In a battle to the death, Superman and Batman face off with Gotham's freedom at stake.
