A very rich lawyer receives a DVD which appears to show that his daughter is a prostitute, he wants the police to put a stop to it and to find out who made and sent the DVD.

A sex video of a 16 year old boy and a 19 year old girl is found on the internet by the boy's father. The police are trying to find out who filmed it and put it on line.

Iris De Ceuster collapses during her work in the bakery of her parents. When Hannah visits her in the hospital, the doctors tell her that Iris has burn wounds in her intimate zone.

In the Citadelpark of Ghent, a few guys are victims of gaybashing. The park is known for cruising and male prostitutes. This leads to a case for Hannah Maes and her team.

Porn star Natasha Belanov reports that she has tested HIV positive, she was infected two months previously during filming Ronny X's latest porn film and the movie in which condoms were not used. It's a race against time to find the source of the infection before an epidemic starts within a booming industry. Hannah exposes intriguing information about the file on the assault at her parents' house.

A pornographic DVD featuring a young girl is bought to Hannah's attention, the girl appears to be child star Cindy Starr. Shocked and alarmed, Cindy's mother, immediately recognizes her daughter when show the images. She is certain that Cindy has been forced to appear in the movie, but by who? The pressure to find answers is intensified when the media gets hold of the story.

The dead body of a Middle Eastern man is found on the banks of the canal, he has been stabbed in the back and castrated. Hannah's investigation reveals that the man, who was respectably married to the much older Lucienne, was leading a double life, it emerges that he certainly isn't the only one.

Els De Backer is knocked unconscious and raped, she has no memory of the actual rape or can provide any information about her assailant. Hannah quickly realizes that Els is lying so she can keep a secret. Hannah wants to know the truth after another woman is genuinely stabbed and raped in the same location.

Ghent's red-light district is in turmoil when prostitute Eva Meskens is the victim of a knife attack. Injured and traumatised, Eva is unable to provide many details of the assault. Not deterred the team open their investigation, but each avenue leads to a dead end. It is not long before the offender strikes again and leaves his "permanent signature" of a religious symbol on another victim.

Hannah becomes the victim of an attack by mentally challenged Tim Vlaeminck, he becomes the lead suspect in the investigation into recent attacks on known prostitutes. However, yet another attack occurs and forces Code 37 to re-evaluate all lines of inquiry in what is clearly a serial perpetrator. Hannah advances in her own private investigation, the trail leads her a cemetery in Campo Santo.
