Chuggington - Season 4 (2008)

An old cooling tower is to be demolished and Brewster cannot wait to see the explosion, but he ends up helping out his friends instead.

Wilson takes a test to assess his new Chug Patrol skills, but he forgets something important and fails. However, he later redeems himself by helping Old Puffer Pete.

Not long after being recruited into the Chug Patrol Rescue Squad, Wilson has to save Koko from a collapsing mine.

Chug Patroller Wilson learns all about different flares and rescues Emery when his brakes fail.

Brewster is learning to use the mega-chug crane and is forced to put his skills to the test when a collapsed bridge leaves Zack stranded.

Rocky Ridge River bursts its banks leaving the Chuggineers stranded. Brewster must put his track-laying abilities to the test if he wants to save his friends.

Mayor Pullman and her guests are to take a tour of Tootington and Koko must get them there in time. Unfortunately, her carriage suffers from mechanical failure and then has to take several detours. Will she get there in time?

While practicing with the welder down an old line, Brewster and Koko get stranded. Luckily, Brewster is able to weld the broken track back together and save them both.

Brewster is put in charge of a team of chuggers who are to help him transport a very heavy tunnel boring machine. One-by-one the chuggers drop out, eventually leaving just Brewster. How will he manage on his own?

Old Puffer Pete starts sleep-riding around Chuggington. Can Wilson catch him before he causes trouble in the animal park?

Jackman teaches Wilson how to use the fire hose car and Hodge gets stuck high in the air when the window cleaning riser platform becomes jammed.

The chuggers prepare for the Winter Parade in Chuggington, but will thick fog prevent Mayor Pullman from attending?

Fletch gets stuck in a snow-slide. Can Wilson free him before a snowstorm hits the mountains?

Wilson is taught how to use a speed booster. He has to put his new skills to the test to save Brewster from falling into the river.

After becoming tangled in a banner, Eddie has to be rescued by Wilson and Jackman.

Wilson starts fire-training. However, he uses up all his water before he's called to extinguish a real fire.

Wilson is on safety patrol while Tyne and Fletch demolish an old bridge and Brewster passes his first Chuggineer test by thinking on his wheels.

The Chuggineers complete their work on the bridge for the high-speed route to Tootington. Eagle-eyed Brewster saves the day so they decide to name the bridge after him.

The Chuggineers, Speed Fleet and Chug Patrol compete in the Track Dash fun race. However, Koko, Brewster and Wilson end up on their own team when Hanzo's brakes jam.

Pace gets to know all of the Chuggers in Chuggington and helps Koko improve her speed.

The Chuggineers finish work on the Tootington Tunnel and the new route is declared open, but not before Brewster and Cormac have delivered the tunnel entrance.

Koko, Brewster and Wilson have a day off. Meanwhile, Chatsworth is helping with the filming of Action Chugger's latest movie and gets wedged in a tunnel.

After a failed attempt at evacuating a roundhouse, Wilson redeems himself by successfully rounding up the monkeys at the Safari Park.

The Steam Team take on the Chuggineers for a chance to win the Iron Chugger award.
