Fenella is feeling the effects of a witches night out but just as she manages to get off to sleep Chorlton arrives at Spout Hall singing. The witch creates a double of herself to trick Chorlton while she puts the Wheelies in a spin.

Everyone is enjoying the nice sunny weather - except Fenella the witch of course. So she gets a three part spell from her spell-book to unleash first freezing winds, darkness then rain upon Wheelie World. What can Chorlton do?
