The competitors face three challenges filled with cheesy yumminess including a Philadelphia classic in the first round, a fancy Spanish cheese in the entree round and a cheese-tastic tower in the dessert basket.

Four chefs fight to avoid getting chopped by using mandatory ingredients scallops, galangal, marsh snail vinegar, and croissant tacos to create an appetizer. The entrée round must include soft shell crabs, culantro, turkey eggs, and baby bananas. Finally, the dessert round must include a Swedish princess cake, green strawberries, lavender mints, and Basmati rice.

Four chefs prepare for summertime dinners in America using a variety of sunny ingredients including patriotic deviled eggs and star-spangled spaghetti.

The chefs' baskets are packed with bacon, burgers and beer! The competitors go in some inventive directions with their bacon appetizers, and round two is an adrenaline-packed burger battle with a fun take on onion rings.
