Haya Huberman, a pregnant homeless woman living in the ruins of an old hotel in Tel Aviv, is recruited against her will by a police investigator to serve as an undercover agent in an international crime investigation centered on a crime organization and the abduction of newborn babies.

As details come to light about Haya's mysterious past, Ami tries to convince her to cooperate with the police. Audrey, a Spanish detective, manages to get in touch with a man who traffics babies on the dark net.
