A private staff meeting meant to be peaceful backfires when Karin won't shut her mouth and Tina spills the beans on some closed-door shenanigans that have been occurring.

Karin's mission to gain complete control of the salon has never been more evil, and Cassie is the target. Meanwhile, Alyssa finds a passed out Stacey and confronts her about her continual drug use.

Karin's actions toward Cassie are discovered and the entire salon retaliates. You can't kick the salon's proverbial pup and not get retaliation. Who does she think she is?. If Maurice won't do anything about this, they will.

A grumpy client with a weak bladder delivers Karin some karma. Oh yes, it's a good day today.

Nothing's better than convincing the resident hypochondriac she's got a genetic goat disease.

The tension snaps and Karin unleashes - airing every person's dirty laundry, personal secrets, and painful past in an effort to humiliate them and gain even more control. Tina won't stand for this drama any longer.

Cassie hosts a bonding event of sorts at her house that she wishes she hadn't. The girls work on figuring out how to handle the issues at work.
