Buying Beverly Hills - Season 1 (2022)

The teams party in a multi-million dollar mansion as they try to sell it and tensions between Ben and Joey run high, with Joey criticising Ben's cheesy promotional videos, and Ben admitting his jealousy over the nepotism evident in Joey being championed by Mauricio due to his long time friendship with Mauricio's daughter Alexia.

Alexia & Joey's illicit relationship is revealed and Farrah's best friend Melissa comes to stay. The pressure on Alexia is ramped right up when Melissa brings buyers round to the old Umansky family home, highlighting how unprepared Alexia is for showing the property, and this is further exacerbated when Melissa discusses the results of the showing behind Alexia's back.

Joey struggles to land his aunt's gem of a listing, causing Mauricio to step in. Alexia confronts Melissa about feeling betrayed.
