The housemates cast their votes for the people they want to nominate for eviction. Glenn exercises the final part of his Friday Night Live prize by deducting three points from one of the nominated housemates, then Big Brother announces which housemates will face the public vote for eviction. The three housemates in the holding room are called to the diary room, where Big Brother reveals their penalty and gives each of them one minute to state their case, watched by the housemates and the viewers, as to why they should stay in the house.
