Rose Banter has gone missing, and everyone in town has a different theory as to what happened to her.

There seems to be a specter haunting the halls of the Beckinfield Public Library. But this time, it's not Becca Beckin--it appears to be Rose Banter.

First there were 3 science teachers at the local high school. Then there were 3 new coaches who all looked exactly like the science teachers. Now there are 6 more science teachers. How many science teachers does one school need?

After damage to the town's soccer field, strange men in biohazard suits show up to work on repairing it -- or so it seems. Meanwhile, Rose Banter remains missing, and some townspeople wonder if her ghost now haunts the library.

As the townsfolk prepare for a party at Blondie's, the proprietor of that institution apparently goes missing, and the science teachers head to the soccer field to make repairs.

The Halloween party goes disastrously wrong. Meanwhile, the soccer field has been suddenly replaced by a basketball court.

When world-famous director Dylan Marks (special guest star Jonathan Frakes) comes to Beckinfield to mount a play based on the town's unusual history, the star-struck citizens line up to audition.

Rose Banter finally turns up alive and well, and goes to the hospital for observation, even as residents say that they saw her ghost in the library earlier that day.

Rose Banter is back, but she spends all her time with a young woman that looks like just Becca Beckin. Even more strangely, they're going around town painting Primobi tribal symbols on all the buildings.

The rehearsals are over, and the curtain rises on Dylan Marks' production of "The Legends of Beckinfield." But is disaster looming for the play?

The lake monster once again appears to many townsfolk. Meanwhile, Mayor Aberdashy's lack of leadership has people murmuring that maybe it's time for a new mayor come election time.

Mayor Aberdashy goes to Blondie's Coffee to meet his challenger, Greybeard Kanz. The meeting is pleasant, but the tension underneath suggests a fierce campaign.

Greybeard's erratic behavior has townspeople wondering if he's fit to be mayor...but then, for a weird town like Beckinfield, maybe "erratic" is exactly what they need.

The "On the Map" video project shows how various Beckinfielders celebrated July 4--but how free and independent are folks in town, anyway?

Beckinfield Little Theater, previously destroyed in a fire, seems to be magically rebuilding itself overnight into a pyramid-like shape.
