Two couples arrive at the Eden Hall: a young couple trying to connect, and a distant middle-aged husband and wife. Ryu puts his drinks to use in aiding both the couples.

A young salesman is given a transfer notice from his boss for low sales figures. Ryu lifts his spirits with the help of Ernest Hemingway's drink and advice.

A screenwriter and his director friend argue over why their individual/joint work is no longer of good quality. According to Ryu, the solution is in a perfect blend...

Ryu is ill, so two of his bartender friends fill in for him. Two customers arrive at Eden Hall: a politician in a scandalous court case, and his female lawyer hired to discuss the case with him.

Ryu finds a con man in his bar, who challenges him to a pastis contest where he must identify the type of pastis in a series of glasses.

Every year on one day, Ryu reserves the Eden Hall for only one customer - the first person to whom he served a mistaken drink.

At Christmas, a professor in fluid dynamics challenges Ryu to mix a cocktail made of different fluids.

The time has come for Ryu to leave Eden Hall, as he continues his journey through life in another bar.
