Francine tries to voice her opinions about pesticide runoff polluting her favorite creek. Meanwhile Arthur and Buster try to get LaDonna's first snow day off to a great start.

D.W. enlists the help of Nemo to get a rat out of her house, but the rat is actually very friendly. Meanwhile Muffy, Bailey, LaDonna and Binky discover a kite but Muffy has trouble sharing it.

George is inspired to make his own movie, but has trouble choosing a director to help him. Meanwhile, after George smashes a woodworking project, Binky is blamed. Will George let Binky take the fall, or come clean?

Muffy is thrilled to have a reality TV show filming her life, but when she has to be cruel to Bailey to heighten the drama, she worries it's going too far. Buster learns how to deal with picky people when he's asked to do Muffy's portrait.

Binky discovers ambient music and isn't sure what to think of it. Meanwhile a trendy new ice cream shop has opened up, and it's threatening to put the Brain's shop out of business. Can he save the shop or is it too late?
