It's the mid-way point in competition and Cayde, must train his fellow athletes to skateboard for the competition in only three days; An unexpected surprise awaits the athletes at the podium.

Jasmine trains her fellow athletes for the swimming competition; Haven swam competitively prior to golf; Michael is feeling the pressure to medal; A major mistake during the competition proves costly for one of the athletes.

Marshall teaches his fellow athletes his sport but the extreme training takes its toll; Brodie's attitude toward the new sport makes the podium harder for him to reach; Faith's enthusiasm for BMX racing results in a scary moment.

After a shocking announcement at the end of last week's competition, the athletes must compete in five more events; Without training or a coach they must take on hurdles, javelin, long jump, an 800m race, and an old-fashioned tug of war; the All-Round Champion is crowned.
