Todd Kauffman was born on Feb 13, 1971 in Canada. Todd Kauffman's big-screen debut came with Journey to the Center of the Earth directed by Laura Shepherd in 1996.

Todd Kauffman studied classical animation at Sheridan College and has more than 20 years experience in television and feature animation, Todd is seasoned veteran and prolific contributor to the animation scene. As a Director, he established the look and feel of the first two seasons of the wildly successful mega-hit "Total Drama Island" franchise. He directed Corner Gas Animated which premiered as the Most-Watched Series in the History of The Comedy Network. Todd is also the creator of the globally distributed animation series "Looped," "Grojband" and "Sidekick." Other select credits the feature films Space Jam and Anastasia. Todd has received two Kidscreen Awards, two Canadian Screen Award-nominations and two Gemini Award-nominations.
