David Michael is a talented star on the rise. David is humble and borderline shy about his accomplishments, yet certain and fiercely focused on his missions in life. His passion to achieve greatness in the entertainment industry became clear to him a long time ago while finishing up a tour of duty in the Marine Corps, Recon Unit attached to a Navy Seals unit in the "Desert Storm" war. After his enlistment and Literally digging his boots through the hot sands of IRAQ. He spent a year there only seeing 4 actual days of Combat. While ducking and dodging bullets in the Persian Gulf, he held onto to his dream of one day becoming a successful actor, it was this vision that carried him through. Upon returning to Los Angeles, David's big break came when he was scouted from an acting workshop taught by Chip Fields, mother of "Gimme a Break" and "Living Single" star Kim Fields. One role lead to another and David was on his way. In the tradition of his favorites, Denzel Washington, Gary Oldman, Delroy Lindo, and Johnny Depp, David, in Just a few Short Years has manage to consecutively grace the TV screen of some heavy weight projects, such as Lost, 24, CSI, Law and Order, NYPD Blue, The Guardian, Moesha, Clueless, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, and as a regular on the CW's The Parenthood, just to name of few. In the past few years, David has formed the production company ROCKET FUEL ENTERTAINMENT, with a stellar team, that will focus on the production of Network Television Shows and Feature Films. He has several project in the works, but the latest on the horizon is the upcoming Wall Street dramedy "Broker Boy$", and the Hip Hop Cartoon entitled "KID'S CREW". David is the Creator, Executive Producer and Writer of the said to be breakout hit show slated for 2022.
