Dan Paschen is an Emmy Award Winning Producer of prime-time network and cable television; serving as senior producer for NBC's multi-Emmy award winning hit, "The Voice." Dan Paschen's entertainment career began in 2004 after landing a development internship at the Comedy Central Network. After college, Paschen took a position directing voiceover at the William Morris Agency, while continuing to write and produce various successful short films for digital distribution platforms. In 2007, Paschen began working alongside prolific executive producer and CEO Mark Burnett, where he served as associate producer for the annual "MTV Movie Awards," the "People's Choice Awards," and the "Spike Video Game Awards" while helping Burnett manage numerous series and specials, including "Survivor," "The Apprentice," "Shark Tank," "The Contender" and "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?" In 2010, Paschen joined the Producer's Guild of America. In 2017, Paschen won a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Reality Competition Series; "The Voice," and became member of the Television Academy of Arts & Sciences. In 2018, Paschen, as part of "The Voice" producing team won the "Producer's Guild Award for Outstanding Producer of Competition Television," and most recently in 2019 received his third Primetime Emmy nomination.
